On 15 June 2012, Ms Sandra Lu, partner of Llinks, attended the First Chief Compliance Officers Joint Conference for 2012 organized by the Compliance and Risk Control Committee of Shanghai Asset Management Association and delivered a speech on the theme "Discussion on Recent Legal Issues of the Fund Industry". The speech covered hot topics such as trading using non-public information, insider dealing, recent innovative fund products and fund managers' exercising rights on behalf of funds, etc. Officials from CSRC Shanghai and chief compliance officers from about 30 fund companies attended this conference.
