On 23 September 2011, Llinks and Shanghai Private Equity Association jointly hosted a seminar regarding the IPOs of ChiNext, which was honored by the attendance of professionals from many investment management enterprises. During the seminar, Mr. Huang Yan, deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai Private Equity Association shared a speech for the seminar, and Grant Chen, partner of Llinks gave a presentation on "Key Issues Regarding the Issuance of Shares and Review of ChiNext IPOs".
