On the afternoon of 22 July 2011, Llinks hosted a seminar on Foreign Investment and M&A for 2011 which bought the in-house legal professionals from lots of multinational companies. David Yu, Clare Lu and Sam Feng of Llinks, together with Mr. Changming Wei, Director of the Department of Investment Promotion of Shanghai Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce gave their respective presentations on "Foreign Investment and M&A" and "Interpretation on the Latest Preferential Policies for Regional Headquarters in Pudong New Area". The guests and participants had a constructive and friendly discussion and communication regarding the foregoing issues.
