Ms Sandra Lu, one of the partners of Llinks provided legal training regarding the criminal liability of Fore Running at the conference organized by Shanghai Asset Management Association in Shanghai on 25 May 2011. About 300 investment researchers, portfolio managers, legal and compliance managers and other securities practitioners participated in the conference.
