On the afternoon of July 13, Llinks hosted a seminar on UCITS and Overseas Investment by China Fund Managers, which bought together around thirty officers of compliance and regulatory departments, and professionals from nearly twenty fund management companies and others. Mr. Guy Harles and Mr. Stephane Karolczuk from Arendt & Medernach of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Leo Wang of Llinks respectively delivered their presentations on "UCITS Funds, Law and Practice" and "Changing Landscapes for QDII Funds and Segregated Account Management and Relevant Legal Practice". Llinks other members of the asset management team also participated in the seminar. The guests and participants had a constructive and friendly exchange regarding the foregoing issues.
