Recently, Llinks partner Mr. Alex Huang was appointed as a Special Researcher at the Institute of Civil Law System and Protection of Rights of Shenzhen University (Shenzhen University Institute of Civil Law). On May 28, 2026, at the invitation of the Law School of Shenzhen University, Mr. Alex Huang delivered a specialized practical course titled "Thinking Analysis and Case Sharing in Commercial Dispute Resolution" for postgraduate students of the Law School. The course featured extensive interaction and was highly well-received.
During the course, drawing upon his years of senior practice experience in commercial dispute resolution, Mr. Alex Huang utilized typical arbitration and litigation cases handled by himself as entry points to systematically deconstruct the handling ideas, strategy formulation, evidence organization, and key points of courtroom response for different types of commercial disputes. He placed a strong emphasis on the core application of commercial thinking in case characterization, liability definition, balance of interests, and the design of dispute resolution schemes, helping students establish a practical perspective bridging "legal issues" to "commercial solutions." Furthermore, combining the entire workflow of real case handling, Mr. Alex Huang provided a panoramic display of key phases in commercial cases—ranging from case study and path selection to courtroom offensive and defensive maneuvers, as well as the execution of awards and judgments—thereby connecting the path between legal theory and judicial practice.
