Vivian Ji graduated from the Law Schools of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, obtaining a Master of Laws degree respectively. Since April 2026, she has joined Llinks Law Offices as a partner. Since being admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2009. Ms. Ji has accumulated over sixteen years of extensive practice experience, having worked as a solicitor and partner at the Hong Kong offices of several leading international law firms. She currently served as Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Debt Committee Member, Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. No. 4 Bond Issuance Committee Member, Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. Science and Technology ESG and Green Bond Recognition Committee Member, Chinese University of Hong Kong Law School Mentor. She once served as Member of Advisory Group of GBA Lawyers of Department of Justice in 2024 and 2025.
Ms. Ji specializes in capital markets-related practice areas, including initial public offering and listing on the stock exchange of Hong Kong, offshore bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, compliance matters for Hong Kong-listed companies, and secondary market financing for Hong Kong-listed companies. Ms. Ji has represented dozens of China-based enterprises in numerous offshore bond issuance mandates, with particular expertise in handling complex offshore bond issuances. She has completed offshore bond issuances across various structures and currencies, including guaranteed bonds, standby letter of credit (SBLC)-backed bonds, free trade zone bonds, and "Magnolia Bonds" cleared through the Shanghai Clearing House. In addition, she has acted as Hong Kong legal counsel to the issuer or to the sponsor in several large-scale initial public offerings and has assisted multiple Hong Kong-listed companies in completing numerous share placement transactions.
Ms. Ji's exceptional professional skills and market reputation have earned her high acclaim in recent years. From 2023 to 2024, Ms. Ji was named a "Recommended Lawyer for Debt" by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for two consecutive years. In 2024, she was recognized as a "Highly Regarded Lawyer for Debt" by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 1000. In 2025, she received the "Rising Legal Advisor" award from both the Macau Exchange and Zhongzheng Technology, and the "Asia's Top 15 Lawyers in the Greater Bay Area" by Asian Legal Business (ALB). In 2026, she received the "Most Market-Influential Legal Advisor of the Year" award from Zhongzheng Technology.
Ms. Ji was qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2008 and became a GBA lawyer in 2024. She is also a civil celebrant of marriages.
Daniel Leung | Partner
Mr. Daniel Leung graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, where he earned a double Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law. He subsequently obtained an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law and another LL.M. degree from Temple University in the United States. He later completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong. He is also an Affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Mr. Leung currently holds several distinguished professional and civic positions, including Member of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, Vice President of the Shanghai - Hong Kong Professionals Association (affiliated with the Shanghai Overseas Friendship Association), Member of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee, Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Cross-Strait and Hong Kong Macao Young Lawyers Forum, and Member of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Mr. Leung has over twenty years of experience as a Hong Kong solicitor, having worked as a solicitor and partner at the Hong Kong offices of several leading international law firms. He is an experienced technology and global supply chain lawyer, with a broad practice covering product development and the full product lifecycle, including the global distribution of high-tech products across various industries—such as robotics, electric vehicles, smartphones, AI applications, ventilators, and advanced textiles. Mr. Leung also advises numerous domestic and international technology companies on ESG strategy, financing, data transfer compliance, intellectual property protection arbitration, and cross-border dispute resolution.
Mr. Leung frequently works closely with professionals across different global jurisdictions, including lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, company secretaries, bankers, surveyors, and architects, assisting clients in resolving issues related to global supply chain setup, distribution, and customs clearance.
Mr. Leung has become a trusted advisor to many professional clients, particularly company secretaries, accountants, and liquidators, assisting them with cross-border corporate restructuring projects and handling their local and cross-border compliance matters.
In addition, Mr. Leung qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008, obtained his solicitor qualification in the British Virgin Islands in 2022, and received the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area lawyer qualification in 2023.
