Llinks Tax Partner Delivered the Speech of "Cross-border M&A: How to Organize and Implement M&A Projects" at the "CCH M&A Series"

On August 18 and 26, 2010, David Yu and Clare Lu, partners of Llinks, participated in the "CCH M&A Series" in Beijing and Shanghai at CCH's invitation, delivered speeches on "Cross-borer M&A: How to Organize and implement M&A Projects—Legal, Practice and Experience" and "Cross-borer M&A: How to Organize and implement M&A Projects—Tax Planning and Risk Control". Speakers followed the processes and various stages of M&A deals as vertical line, combined with different characteristics of various types of M&A in a horizontal manner, starting from the perspective of laws and tax, deeply probed into key points and difficulties in cross-border M&A together with participants, and guided them how to organize and implement successful M&A. In the meanwhile, participants also discussed about hot topics that are concerned by the audience. The speech was highly welcomed by the participants.
