On March 4 and 5, 2026, Llinks, in collaboration with China Merchants Securities (CMS), successfully hosted the "East China Private Fund Disclosure Regulations Interpretation and Training Seminar" in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The seminar featured keynote presentations by Llinks contractual partner Ms. Yan Tao, Mr. Jianxin Zhu (Head of Product Design, Custody Department at CMS), and Mr. Wei Zhang (Head of Offshore Fund Services at CMS). The sessions focused on "Key Interpretations of New Private Fund Disclosure Rules and Manager Action Plans," "Rectification Schemes under Operation Guidelines and Case Studies on Product Innovation," and "CMS Offshore Administration Service Platform Empowering Offshore Fund Operations." The event drew over a hundred representatives from various private fund institutions.

To begin the session, Mr. Jianxin Zhu, Head of Product Design at CMS's Custody Department, provided a systematic interpretation and in-depth analysis of the rectification schemes under the Operation Guidelines, current typical filing cases, and the latest private fund product design cases. He offered the participating institutions the most up-to-date design concepts and supporting service solutions for product rectification and innovation.

Following this, Mr. Wei Zhang, Head of Offshore Fund Services at CMS's Custody Department, delivered a keynote on how the "CMS Offshore Administration Service Platform Empowers Offshore Fund Operations." He systematically introduced the features and comprehensive service capabilities of CMS's offshore administration services and elaborated on the development history and business models of offshore fund administration.

Finally, Llinks contractual partner Ms. Yan Tao, shared insights on the key interpretations of the new private fund disclosure rules and manager action plans. Ms. Tao provided a detailed introduction to highly-discussed market topics, including the background of the new regulations, transitional implementation arrangements, specific disclosure contents and methods, and key action points for fund managers.

The training seminar not only assisted private fund institutions in gaining a deeper understanding of the latest regulatory rules and practical issues but also established an excellent platform for learning and exchange among participants and industry peers.
