Llinks Lawyer Appointed as Legal Counsel to the CPC Pudong New Area Committee, Pudong New Area People’s Government, and Shanghai FTZ Management Committee

On the morning of January 27, the Working Conference on Comprehensively Governing Pudong New Area by Law and the (Enlarged) Meeting of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee for Comprehensive Law-based Governance were convened. Prior to the meeting, a ceremony was held to appoint the third term of legal consulting experts and legal counsels for the CPC Pudong New Area Committee, the Pudong New Area People's Government, and the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (the "Shanghai FTZ") Management Committee. Leaders including Mr. Li Zheng, Mr. Shan Shaojun, and Mr. Zhang Jinsong attended the ceremony and presented appointment letters to the experts and counsels. Moderated by Mr. Lu Xuecheng, the ceremony officially appointed Llinks partner Mr. Yiguang Lu as legal counsel for a three-year term.
