From November 8 to 9, 2025, the 2025 Academic Annual Meeting of the China Sports Law Society was successfully held at the Hebei Sport University. The conference was hosted by the China Sports Law Society, jointly organized by Hebei Sport University and the Hebei Provincial Law Society's Sports Legal System Research Association.
The academic annual meeting was themed "Upholding the Unity of Reform and Rule of Law, and Enhancing the Modernization of Sports Governance System and Capacity — Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China." The event brought together experts, scholars in sports law, legal practitioners, and university personnel from across the country for collaborative discussion.
Mr. David Wu, partner at Llinks and Vice President of the China Sports Law Society, served as a commentator in the annual meeting's sub-forum titled "The Sports Law and the Modernization of China's Sports Governance." Based on his extensive theoretical research and industry knowledge, Mr. Wu provided professional feedback on multiple excellent papers focusing on the rule of law in sports.
