On November 12, 2025, the grand celebration, themed "27 Years of Splendor, Unitedly Moving Forward," for the 27th Anniversary of Llinks Law Offices officially commenced. Llinks offices across different regions transcended geographical barriers to gather "in the cloud," celebrating the milestone via video link. The atmosphere in all venues was warm and vibrant, as Llinks people, though separated by distance, witnessed this brilliant moment with interconnected hearts.
Founded on the banks of the Huangpu River in November 1998, Llinks was established with the foresight to chart a new blueprint for China's legal services. Over 27 years of dedicated effort, Llinks people have consistently embraced expertise as their faith and excellence as their beacon, achieving a leap from "initial emergence" to becoming an "industry benchmark." Mr. Christophe Han, founding partner and chairman of the Management Committee of Llinks, warmly reflected with all members on the firm's brilliant 27-year journey and expressed his deep gratitude to every colleague who has fought alongside him.
Mr. Han explained that the current international geopolitical and commercial environments are in a cycle of heightened volatility, and the legal services industry faces significant challenges, with "involution" (internal competition) and "anti-involution" pervading daily work and life. However, he stressed the importance of believing that the macro-trend of China's reform and opening-up will not change, the immense intrinsic vitality and potential of the Chinese economy will not change, and the long-term positive development trend of the Chinese legal services market will not change.
Mr. Han encouraged all Llinks people to uphold the value of "Long-Termism," adhere to the spirit of "Dedication, Expertise, and Innovation," be diligent in practice and pragmatic in pursuit. Mr. Han also emphasized the need to maintain equanimity, possess empathy , and enhance the ability to connect with colleagues, peers, clients, and partners—stating that by doing so, "we will find the key to a beautiful tomorrow." Finally, Mr. Han wished Llinks a happy 27th birthday once again and looked forward to drawing an even more brilliant future together with all Llinks colleagues.

At the climax of the celebration, a specially organized "Cloud Dialogue" segment lit up the entire venue. Four vibrant new lawyers connected online to share their personal journeys of joining Llinks. Though separated by vast distances, their hearts resonated across the screens.
The newcomers expressed their emotion, stating they were attracted by Llinks' "talent-first" culture, its broad development platform, and its relentless pursuit of high-quality development. Looking ahead, they pledged to continuously refine their expertise, actively dedicate themselves to the grand construction of the legal profession, and grow and strive alongside Llinks.

Candle Lighting Ceremony
As the lights dimmed, all Llinks colleagues witnessed the brilliant lighting of the "Flame of Inheritance." This moment symbolized the passing down of wisdom and experience, and the blended flourishing of new strength and innovative dreams. Mr. David Yu, secretary of Llinks Management Committee and founding partner (whose birthday coincided with the firm's anniversary), joined the youngest Llinks colleague, Mr. Johnathan Zhang, to light the birthday candles. This act symbolized that the spirit and vitality of Llinks will be continuous, illuminating the future path.
Mr. Yu also shared his "heartfelt words". He reflected that every passing year marks a new starting point for the firm's journey toward maturity and excellence. Mr. Yu stated that the firm's mission is to empower client success to achieve its own value sublimation. Mr. Yu further emphasized that this pursuit of excellence is reflected in every daily detail, hoping that Llinks people will maintain the continuous updating and iteration of their knowledge and experience and constantly cultivate their innovative capabilities.
Finally, amidst the cheerful atmosphere, Llinks partners Mr. Colin Shi and Ms. Chris Xia stepped onto the stage to jointly open a bottle of champagne, pouring a toast of blessings that brought the celebration to its high point.
