On October 21, 2025, the establishment ceremony for the "Shanghai Lawyer Legislative Expert Pool" and the "Shanghai Lawyer Government Legal Counsel Participation and Deliberation Pool" was held at the conference center on the third floor of the Shanghai Municipal Justice Bureau. Mr. David Yu, Founding Partner of Llinks, was selected for the "Shanghai Lawyer Legislative Expert Pool" and appointed as a "Shanghai Lawyer Legislative Expert."
Mr. David Yu is an outstanding lawyer in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, and financing, and is also an expert in dispute resolution in the investment and financing sector. While deeply rooted in the frontline of legal services, he also serves as Legal Counsel for the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, External Legal Counsel for the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Member of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Administrative Reconsideration Committee, and Member of the 14th Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), actively engaging in political participation and social welfare.
