At CCH's invitation, on January 26 and January 28, 2010, David Yu and Clare Lu, partners of Llinks, participated at the "CCH Foreign Invested Partnership Enterprises in PRC" seminars in Shanghai and Beijing. The partners spoke regarding the "Administrative Measures for Establishment of Partnership Enterprises by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals in the PRC" ("Measures"). They introduced the legislative background, details and highlights of the Measures, and also presented analysis and planning for RMB fund operation and taxation in the post-Measures regime. Finally, the partners addressed the prominent issues that are of major concern to the participants.
