On September 20, 2025, the "2nd East China Medical Law Practice Seminar" was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui province. The event was jointly organized by the bar associations of six provinces and municipalities: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, and Jiangxi. The gathering brought together over a hundred legal representatives, experts, and scholars from the medical law field across East China to engage in in-depth discussions on hot-button and complex issues in medical law practice.
Llinks partner Mr. Yiguang Lu, who is also the Deputy Director of the All-China Lawyers Association's Medical and Health Professional Committee and Director of the Shanghai Bar Association's Administrative Law Professional Committee, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech. He also offered a forward-looking discussion on potential criminal liability related to medical insurance.
