The Nanchang Trusted Data Space Platform, as a data infrastructure developed by state-owned enterprises, features security, controllability, accessibility, and inclusivity, aiming to significantly lower the technical and financial barriers for enterprises in data circulation. The platform achieves five major innovations in technology, mechanisms, security, management, and operations. It pioneers a hierarchical circulation model—public domain (led by industry alliances to build an open data marketplace) and private domain (forming independent collaborative ecosystems around core enterprises)—enabling differentiated governance.
On June 24, the Launch Ceremony of Nanchang Trusted Data Space & Establishment of Data Merchant Ecosystem Alliance was held in Nanchang, guided by the Nanchang Municipal Government, hosted by the Nanchang Administration of Government Services and Data, and organized by Yunshang (Nanchang) Big Data Operation Co., Ltd. At the invitation of the organizers, Llinks partner Dr. David Pan attended the event.
During the event, the Nanchang Trusted Data Space Service Platform was officially launched. The Data Merchant Ecosystem Alliance, comprising 60 data resource providers, technology-driven firms, and consulting service providers from across the country, was also inaugurated.
In the first batch of alliance member recognition ceremony, Dr. Pan took the stage as a representative of Llinks Law Offices and received the certificate as a member of Nanchang's Trusted Data Space Data Merchant Ecosystem Alliance.
The successful hosting of this event marks Nanchang's initial completion of its pioneering national data infrastructure platform, serving as a milestone in the city's efforts to advance market-oriented allocation reforms for data elements. It is reported that Nanchang will implement public data authorization operations for next step, promoting compliant public data circulation through market-driven approaches, guiding enterprises across industries to develop sector-specific data spaces, and facilitating the integrated development and utilization of public and social data—further unleashing the value of data elements to drive traditional industries' transformation, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
