On May 22, 2025, at the invitation of Haiping Zhang, Vice Chairman of the Qiantang District CPPCC, and Chunling Zhou, Director of the Sports Division of the Qiantang District Civil Affairs, Culture, Tourism, and Sports Bureau in Hangzhou, Llinks Lawyers, along with leaders from Wan Rui Pu Ying Group, visited Qiantang District in Hangzhou to conduct a research tour on sports-related industries. The delegation included Mr. David Wu, Llinks partner and Independent Director of China Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd., Llinks lawyer Roy Chu, as well as Le Chen, Chairman of Wan Rui Pu Ying Group, and Zhichuan Wang, Chief Executive Officer of Wan Rui Pu Ying Group.
The research team visited Qiantang Cultural and Sports Center, Jinsha Lake Park, Weining Sports Culture Group, and other locations. They engaged in in-depth discussions with leaders from Orange Lion Sports and Hangzhou Weining Sports Culture Group regarding the development of the sports industry. All parties focused on future industry developments in areas such as the introduction of high-level sports events, smart sports venues, innovative integration of culture and sports, national fitness, and the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism.
During the research and discussions, all parties actively advocated for the integration and empowerment of industries such as sports events, sports health, culture, and tourism. Leveraging Qiantang District's advantages in digital innovation, university collaboration, and sports enthusiast demographics, and combining each party's professional resources in venues, event services, and legal services, they aim to create greater value for society.
