Ms Sandra Lu, partner of Llinks, was invited by LexisNexis, one of the leading data providers in the world, to deliver a speech of "Laws and Regulations on Rat Trading" on 21 January 2010. Representatives from more than twenty fund management firms and banks were present at this presentation. Ms Lu also had face-to-face talks with the legal and compliance people about major practical issues in respect of rat trading.
