On October 27 and October 29, 2009, Clare Lu, partner of Llinks, participated into the "MNC Foreign Exchange Control Updates 2009" Seminar organized by CCH, the famous legal publisher, in Shanghai and Beijing at CCH's invitation, delivered speeches on "Barriers on Cross-border Foreign Exchange Flows - Analysis and Solutions", and discussed with the participants on foreign exchange inflow and outflow cases and hot topics that are concerned by the participants. The speech was highly welcomed by the participants.
