On February 2025, Llinks partner and the Director of the Data Compliance and Cybersecurity Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, Dr. David Pan was invited to participate in the recording of the special television program "The Legal Profession." "The Legal Profession" is jointly launched by the Shanghai Bar Association and the SMG Law and Order Channel, presenting professional interpretations of social hot legal issues within the legal industry.
During the program, Dr. Pan provided an in-depth interpretation of the new regulation titled "Measures for Joint Punishment of Telecommunications Network Fraud and Related Illegal Crimes," systematically outlining the highlights of the new regulation. He also summarized the various types of fraud cases that are currently prevalent and shared strategies and suggestions for addressing them from multiple perspectives, including legal, technical, and public awareness, based on his practical experience.
