At the invitation of Courses & Seminars, Sandra Lu, partner of Llinks, provided a training session in Hong Kong on 9 November 2009 introducing the latest development of the PRC funds to over 40 professionals in asset management area. Sandra highlighted the new regulations in QFII and QDII business and the regulatory environment for the JV fund houses in PRC.
