On June 20, 2024, the second Intellectual Property Frontier Pan-Entertainment Forum was held in Shanghai. More than one hundred lawyers and legal specialists from the gaming, entertainment and media industries attended the forum. Mr. Xun Yang from Llinks was invited to participate and to chair the "Game Going Abroad" Intellectual Property and Compliance Roundtable Discussion.
Mr. Xun Yang discussed the issues of overseas IP layout, rights protection, privacy protection, cross-border flow of data and local regulatory compliance on "Game Going Abroad", as well as the role that Chinese lawyers can play in overseas legal matters. In particular, Mr. Yang Xun shared his experience in assisting Chinese game companies in overseas compliance and IP layout. His presentation and sharing received a warm response from the participants.
