On March 15, 2024, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, together with the Sports Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and the Sports Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the China Arbitration Law Research Association, gathered experts and scholars to discuss the latest practical issues such as the scope of sports arbitration, and the conflict of interest in sports arbitration, which attracted a large number of professionals from the sports sector, the legal sector, universities and so on to participate in the seminar.
Llinks partner Mr. David Wu was invited to participate in the round-table discussion on the theme of "the scope of sports arbitration: exploration and boundaries", in-depth exchanges and discussions were conducted with experts at the round table. As an arbitrator of China sports arbitration, David thinks that the scope of sports arbitration should be viewed from the perspective of development.
