On November 25, 2023, the 2023 International Forum on the Rule of Law in Sports Governance and the Annual Meeting of the Sports Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society were held at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. This forum is organized by the Sports Law Research Association of China Law Society, the Sports Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society, and the Sports Rule of Law Research Institute of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
Llinks partner Mr. David Wu, attended the forum as vice president of the Sports Law Research Association of the China Law Society, and made an academic summary at the end of the forum. This forum has set up a special part of sports dispute resolution mechanism, Llinks attorney Mr. Roy Chu made a keynote speech on the topic of "the arbitration connection between the autonomous boundary of sports organizations and the sports arbitration—from the perspective of traditional sports and electronic competitions".
