In November 2023, Ms. Wenjie Xing. Llinks contractual partner, was invited by China Post Life Insurance Corporation Limited ("China Post Insurance") to conduct an exchange on the topic of 'Exchange on Compliance Management Practices of Related-Party Transactions of Insurance Companies'. Risk liaison officers and compliance personnel from various departments of China Post Insurance head office, principals of risk control and compliance departments of each branch, and personnel from risk management and compliance professions participated in this exchange.
Based on practical experience, this exchange focused on interpreting the insurance company's related-party transaction regulatory policies, related-party identification, related-party transaction determination and related-party transaction management, and providing relevant suggestions for the insurance company to manage related-party transaction.
