On October 17, 2023, the second working session of the first Compliance and Risk Management Committee (Committee) of Guangdong Asset Management Association (GAMA) was held in GF Fund Management Co., Ltd.. Xun Yang was invited to the working session and delivered a keynote speech.
Xun Yang's speech covered hot topics including data rights, compliance issues of crawler technology, IP protection of algorithms and models and the allocation of responsibility for generative AI. The speech also covered special topics in the fund industry including suitability management of investors, robo-advisor and quantitative investment.
