Llinks Lawyer Invited to the Second Meeting of the Tenth General Meeting of the Chinese Yachting Association

On May 27, 2023, the second meeting of the 10th Member Congress of the Chinese Yachting Association (" CYA ") was held in Qinhuangdao. A total of 121 representatives of the executive committee of the association, representatives of member associations, and members of the special committee attended the meeting. During the meeting, Zhang Xiaodong, President of the CYA, presented the "Work Report of CYA 2018-2022", reviewing the development of Chinese Yachting in the past five years and looking forward to the development of Chinese sailing in the next five years and the medium and long term. The delegates also considered and approved the proposal to amend the Constitution of the CYA, which stipulates that in accordance with the requirements of the General Administration of Sports to actively implement the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China, the parties may apply for sports arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Sports Arbitration for disputes falling within the jurisdiction of sports arbitration as stipulated in the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China. Lawyer David Wu also attended the 2023 China Family Yachting ("Family Yachting ") working meeting held on May 26th, which summarized the past five years of the Family Yachting and the heads of the 17 districts of the race organizers shared their views on the development of the Yachting.
