On 14 April 2023, the China Commission of Arbitration for Sports (CCAS) officially announced the list of its inaugural arbitrators. Llinks founding partner Mr. David Yu was designated as an inaugural arbitrator for CCAS.
CCAS was established by the General Administration of Sport of China on 11 February 2023 in Beijing as the one and only arbitration body in China to deal with disputes in the field of sports. CCAS shoulders the historical responsibility of pioneering sports arbitration from legal provisions to institutional practice, and its establishment marks the realisation of the sports arbitration system under the Sports Law.
