Llinks Invited to Attend the First Annual China Data Governance Conference as A Joint Drafting Unit of 'Group Standard - Data Compliance Management System Requirements’

On February 17, 2023, the First Annual China Data Governance Conference was held in Beijing. Llinks, as a joint drafting unit, was invited to participate in the conference and actively engaged in the discussions.

At the conference, the China Information Technology Industry Federation released the group standard "Data Compliance Management Systems - Requirements," and launched the "2049 Data Compliance Trusted Plan." With years of experience in data compliance, Llinks' partner David Pan, contractual partner Nigel Zhu, and senior associate Susan Deng have contributed significantly to developing the standard.
