The joining of Mr. Felix Yu who has extensive experience in all aspects of private equity funds will further consolidate Llinks' leading position in the practice areas of private equity and venture capital in the legal market.

Mr. Felix Yu graduated and received his master's degree in law from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Prior to joining Llinks, Felix worked with a renowned PRC law firm for approximately four years before transitioning to the role of general counsel of a large Chinese private equity fund, at which fund he served for over a decade.
Mr. Yu has extensive experience in private equity/venture capital, including fund formation, operation, regulatory, and compliance matters. He has overseen the establishment of multiple private equity/venture capital funds and the investment and management of over RMB15 billion. Mr. Yu's expertise also lies in structuring and managing investment funds formed under various local piloting programs in China including QFLP, QDLP, and QDIE.
Mr. Yu has advised many private equity/venture capital funds and corporate investors on a large number of minority-stake investments and M&A deals when in private practice as well as in his in-house role. Thanks to his substantial experience in private equity/venture capital funds and their downstream investments, Mr. Yu is uniquely positioned to advise business founders or start-ups on their financing from angel investors or venture capital as well as on corporate governance, stock incentive, and 'red-chip' IPO structuring. He also has profound experience in foreign direct investment.
