This organization will investigate, evaluate, supervise, and inspect the compliance commitment of the involved enterprise. Also, it will comprehensively inspect, evaluate, and assess the implementation of the compliance plan of the involved enterprise. The investigation results provided by the third-party organization will serve as an important reference for the People's Procuratorate to handle the case in accordance with the law.
