The "WeChat Ecological Litigation” Represented by Llinks was Selected as 2021 Excellent Case in National Courts

On December 28, 2021, the Supreme People's Court issued the "Notice on the Results of the 2021 Excellent Cases Analysis and Selection of the National Court System". The case of Tencent v. Hangzhou Kebei Company and Hangzhou Haiyi Company, represented by the Llinks TMT Dispute Resolution Team, was selected as one of those cases.

This case is the first case in which a platform used the platform ecology as the basis of its competitive rights and interests， and claimed that the operators on the platform should be held responsible for its unfair competition behaviors.

The case was heard by Hangzhou Internet Court (Hangzhou Railway Transportation Court). As the first Internet court established in China, Hangzhou Internet Court is good at ruling new type of Internet cases.
