Due to the COVID lockdown, no China Insights Seminar took place in 2020. Despite the continuing uncertainties, we made determined efforts to stage a Llinks' China Insights Seminar again last week in London.
Thanks to (probably short-lived) relaxed pandemic meeting rules, this year's seminar took place in the sumptuous Headmaster's Room at the LaLiT Hotel. It had excellent attendance both in person and via a remote link, focusing on the most critical developments in the past two years in the Chinese legal system and regulatory environment.
The highly qualified speakers provided the audience with practical insights on a wide range of topics: from the latest structures in #asset management to the new #data security law, the developments in IP and IT, foreign #investment, and #cross-border #litigation.
The return in interest was such that Llinks has decided in 2022 to dedicate a monthly newsletter/roundtable for these topics, providing practical insight, knowledge and access to the most sophisticated professionals in the field in China.
