Llinks Lawyer was Invited by the Intellectual Property Research Center of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law to Give a Lecture on Online Game Litigation Practice

On October 18, 2021, Llinks partner James Wang was invited by the Intellectual Property Research Center of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and taught a vivid IP practice class to the IP master students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, whose topic is Practice of Online Game Infringement Litigation. James Wang started with the "LanYueChuanQi" case, which was selected as one of 2020 Zhejiang Province's Top 10 IPR Judicial Protection Cases and 2020 Supreme Court 50 Typical Cases, and from litigation preparation to the first and second instance stages introduced the whole picture of the case in depth and detail.

James Wang has opened a window for students to have a comprehensive and tree-dimensional insight into the online game infringement cases. He pointed out that an online game disputes revolution lawyer should uphold the spirit of science, promote artistic thinking and master craftsmen's techniques when finding out the facts and applying the law.
