On August 9, 2021, the Shanghai Administration of Sports (SAS) held a ceremony for the designation of legal counsels. Mr. David WU (WU Wei), as the partner of Llinks Law Offices, is formally designated as one of the legal counsels of SAS. Mr. XU Qi (the deputy director of SAS), presented the letter of designation and delivered speeches in the ceremony.
At the ceremony, the department leaders of SAS exchanged their opinion with the legal counsels, as well as guiding the legal counsels regarding how to provide better service during the term.
Ever since 2015, the legal counsel of Shanghai Administration of Sports has played an important role in advancing a law-based administration and building a rule of law government. After the public selection by the selection committee, a total of six expert lawyers have been appointed as the new external legal counsel of Shanghai Administration of Sports.
