On July 29, 2021, Fudan University law and IT alumni association held the activity on the topic of 'When law meets technology – an empowerment or a replacement?' at Llinks Shanghai office. About 30 senior-tier alumni in law and IT attended the activity. Mr. David Yu, the president of the law alumni association and one of Llinks' founding partners, was invited to preside over the activity.
Mr. Yu introduced Llinks' operation method: 'True Partnership' and 'Collaboration Base upon Specialization' as well as the practice experience about 'law+ technology' following Llinks' management philosophy: 'Act with United Strength and Joint Development'. Mr. Cunjun Pan, CONNEXT's co-founder, illustrated the CONNEXT's organizational structure, business models and business units, and shared the development background, function and its application of the due diligence app. Mr. Jingbo Zhang, partner of Data Grand, introduced Data Grand's development process, scientific research payoffs and cases, etc.
After the sharing session, participants had an in-depth discussion about the combination of law and technology, ownership of data assets, application of tech-products and the opportunities and challenges during enterprises' development.
