In June 2021, Llinks partner Jiaqi Yu Esq. was invited by China Insurance Asset Registration and Trading System Limited (中国保险资产登记交易系统有限公司, "CIARTS") to speak on the subject of Compliance Focus Points of Infrastructure Public REITs. Jiaqi Yu Esq. gave in-depth introductions of product structure, design key points, project entry requirements, compliance key points during investment and trading, governance structure and duration management, and other matters to participants of the second Business Ability Building for Insurance Asset Management Product Seminar in 2021 held by CIARTS. She also shared first-hand experience of Llinks in the first batch of infrastructure public REITs projects and gave practical advice on widely concerned legal and compliance matters for insurance institutions when participating in infrastructure public REITs investment.
