On June 16, 2021, The Shanghai Seminar for Korean companies located in Shanghai co-hosted by Llinks Law Offices and PwC China, sponsored by Shanghai Korean Chamber of Commerce was successfully held. The seminar reviewed the current status of China's economy and provided insights on entering/expanding businesses into the China market, corporate strategy on M&A and restructuring planning. Meanwhile, latest legal developments in China, labor practice in the post-epidemic era and personal information protection practice are introduced. The participants were from more than 80 enterprises.
