On May 20, 2021, The Chongqing Seminar for Korean companies located in Chongqing co-hosted by PwC China and Korean government facility, Korea Trade-Investment Agency("KOTRA"), sponsored by Llinks Law Offices was successfully held. The seminar introduced business strategies of South Korean-funded enterprises in the post-epidemic era, reviewed the current status of China's economy and provided insights on entering/expanding a business into the China market, tax/legal matters, corporate strategy on M&A, and restructuring planning. The participants at the seminar include more than 50 legal and financial managers from more than 30 large enterprises.
