In the field of investment funds, Ms. Sandra Lu has successively provided legal services for nearly 100 domestic and foreign securities investment fund management companies of daily operation, and represented domestic and foreign financial institutions in the establishment, acquisition and merger of dozens of securities investment fund management companies. In the context of the Economic and trade agreement between the government of the People's Republic of China and the government of the United States of America, Ms. Lu leads her team successfully assisted BlackRock Inc.
