Mr. David Pan graduated from Harvard University Law School and Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University with a L.L.M. and a J.D. respectively. Mr. Pan also has the qualifications of lawyers in China and New York State in the U.S. Lawyer Pan has been engaged in legal practices in China and the U.S. for 18 years and is familiar with the business culture and legal system of China and the U.S. Mr. Pan used to work in two well-known Chinese law firms and served as the general counsel of a well-known multinational company.
