Baker's Biography
Mr. Baker Chen received his LL.M. in International Law from Fudan University. Mr. Chen joined Llinks Law Offices in 2007. Mr. Chen specializes in Securities Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring, Medical and Health. He has accumulated extensive experience in these areas. As a new-generation partner, Mr. Chen has successfully represented many well-known clients in IPO, refinancing, major asset restructuring, M&A, and so on. In recent years, he has represented influential cases such as Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd.'s H-share and A-share IPOs, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd.'s IPO at the A-share listing, Shanghai Sinotec Co., Ltd.'s IPO at the A-share listing, Ningde GEM Listing and Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd.'s A round financing.
