Candice's Bio
Llinks partner, Candice Lu received her LL.B. and Bachelor degree of Arts from Minzu University of China, and she finished FMBA programs in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Du is specialized at providing legal services in cross-border investment, financing and M&A projects to listed companies, large group enterprises and financial institutions. In the fields of private equity/venture capital, Ms. Du has provided legal services in fund raising and establishment, investment operation, exit, and liquidation to dozens of fund management companies and funds. Ms. Du is also specialized in providing such clients with constructive legal advice on and resolutions to complex disputes derived from their business.
Ms. Du was listed in the LEGALBAND 2016 "China 30 under 30" and was awarded CLECSS 2020 "Top 10 Young Elite Lawyers".
