Mark's Bio
Mark Zhang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2002 with an LLB degree and obtained an LLM degree from Shanghai University in 2012. He was a member of the IP Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. In the intellectual property field, Mark Zhang provides legal services to clients by evaluating legal risks regarding intellectual property infringement and being infringed, intellectual property protection scheme designing, making claims and counter-claims through negotiation or litigation. Mark obtains extensive practical experience in commercial dispute resolution and achieves satisfactory judgments, awards, intermediation, and settlements.
