Mr. Leo Wang graduated from the Law School of Wuhan University with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law. In the areas of Capital Markets / Corporate Finance, Mr. Wang has provided legal services to a number of large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offering (IPO), corporate bond floatation, convertible bond issuance, warrant issuance, public or private placement, and right offering.
