On 22nd May 2020, China Legal Education and Career Seminar Series ( CLECSS) announced its 2020 "Top Ten Young Elite Lawyers" list， Llinks Partners Candice Du and Chris Xia have won this award with great honor.

Ms. Du received her LL.B. and Bachelor degree of Arts from Minzu University of China, and she finished FMBA programs in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Ms. Du was listed in the "LEGALBAND 2016 China 30 under 30" as one out of 30 young elite lawyers.
In the fields of corporate & commerce, cross-border investment and financing, Ms. Du is specialized at providing legal services in cross-border investment, financing and M&A projects to listed companies, large group enterprises and financial institutions.
In the fields of private equity/venture capital, Ms. Du has provided legal services in fund raising and establishment, investment operation, exit, and liquidation to dozens of fund management companies and funds. Ms. Du is also specialized in providing such clients with constructive legal advice on and resolutions to complex disputes derived from their business.
Ms. Du joined Llinks in May 2020，as one of the main partners of Llinks' newly established Shenzhen office. In the future, Ms. Du will lead the team to implement of Llinks' strategic layout and business development in South China.

Ms. Xia graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a LL.B. degree and a LL.M. degree. She obtained her second LL.M. degree from Ghent University, Belgium. Ms. Xia joined Llinks in 2008, Ms. Xia is a member of the Education Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
Ms. Xia possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in Security Issuance, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Within the area of Security Issuance, Ms. Xia has provided legal services for a number of large private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offering (IPO), bond issuance and private placement.
Ms. Xia is also dedicated to a variety of practices including M&A / Restructuring, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and has provided legal services to prestigious international and domestic companies on high profile mergers and acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring (including Reverse Take Over).
Besides, Ms. Xia has represented several domestic enterprises in dealing with daily legal issues.
As one of the authors, Ms. Xia has participated in writing and editing the "Guidelines for the Repurchase of Domestic Capital Markets for Special Equity Structure Enterprises" (organized and published by the Listing Promotion Center for Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), as well as "Lawyer Practice on Due Diligence" (Edited by the Law School of the Shanghai Bar Association and Published by the Law Press).
