After completing US$ 410 million B round financing in July 2017, Llinks assists the world's leading artificial intelligence platform company SenseTime in completing US$ 600 million C round financing and US$ 620 million C+ round financing. SenseTime has completed a total amount of US$ 1.6 billion financing, whose market value has been estimated over US$ 4.5 billion. It has been keeping the largest financing world record by far and it is considered as highest valuation Unicorn Company in the artificial intelligence filed.

SenseTime Technology was established in 2014 and specializes in original technologies for computer vision and deep learning. SenseTime Technology has established the top domestic self-developed deep learning supercomputer center and has become China's first-rate provider of artificial intelligence algorithms. In addition to its technical leadership, SenseTime Technology has consistently topped the market for commercial applications in multiple vertical markets. Llinks Assists the World's Largest Producer of Metal Lithium-Ganfeng Lithium's Listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Llinks provides legal advice on Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. ("Ganfeng Lithium") H shares listing. Ganfeng Lithium successfully listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and became the first "A+H" synchronous listed company in China's lithium industry.

Ganfeng Lithium was established in 2000, and became the first listed company in China's lithium industry in 2010, when it made an initial public offering of A shares and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The number of offer shares under the global offering of Ganfeng Lithium is 200,185,800 H shares (before exercising of the over-allotment) and the offer price is HK$16.50 per H share. Ganfeng Lithium intends to use the majority of the proceeds from the global offering of H shares to fund the investment in and acquisition of upstream lithium resources and expand its production capacity for lithium compounds, lithium metals, lithium batteries and lithium recycling. The issuing and listing of H shares will provide new impetus for the development of Ganfeng Lithium, and assist Ganfeng Lithium in creating an international first-class enterprise with upstream and downstream integration, and open a new chapter in the development of Ganfeng Lithium.
