SenseTime's B round financing advised by Llinks was awarded one of Deals of the Year 2017 in the practice areas of project financing by Asian-mena Counsel.
SenseTime, the world's leading artificial intelligence platform company, announced its completion of Series B round of financing with the value of US$410 million in April 2017. After that, SensenTime has completed another round C of a total of US$ 600 million financing. It has been keeping the largest financing world record by far and it is considered as highest valuation Unicorn Company in the artificial intelligence filed.
Having been as the legal adviser of SenseTime Technology's series B and C round of financing, Llinks continued serving as counsel of SenseTime, participating in the drafting, negotiation and modification of the transaction documents of this project. The project is another representative project of the Llinks Innovation Legal Service Group, which is designed to serve and accompany the growth and development of innovative companies.
