Xun Yang
Mr. Xun YANG received his LL.B degree in law and his LL.M degree in jurisprudence from Fudan University. He also received an LL.M degree from Columbia University USA. Mr. Yang is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, USA. Before joining Llinks, Mr. Yang worked at various internationally renowned law firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, etc. He has 20 years of practical experience, including nearly 8 years abroad.
Mr. Yang has long been practicing in technology-related legal areas, mainly advising in the life science, TMT, finance and high-end manufacturing companies on IP, data security and regulatory matters. In particular, he:
