Qi Lu
Ms. Lu graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Law. Ms. Lu joined Llinks in July 2012.
Ms. Lu has focused her practice around securities investment funds and other asset management businesses, specializing in providing the legal services with fund management companies ("FMCs") relating to the product design, fundraising, investment, operation and corporate governance. Ms. Lu has extensive experience in the area of asset management, and has involved in the launch of more than hundreds of mutual funds as a representative lawyer.
In addition, Ms. Lu has represented clients in the establishment of FMCs, the incorporation of FMCs' subsidiaries in segregated accounts management business, the incorporation of Hong Kong subsidiaries of FMCs, share transfer of FMCs, and the obtainment of funds distribution license for WFOE banks, insurance company and other institutions. Mr. Bingfeng Zhang obtained a LLB degree from Zhejiang University.

Mr. Zhang has provided legal services to state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, real estate companies, and well-known investment institutions in domestic and international investment, financing, and transactions.
